We ask everyone who uses ÖÖD Hötels platform for a few pieces of information before they book on ÖÖD Hötels. Guests need to have this info completely filled out before they can make a reservation request. This information helps to make sure hosts know who to expect, and how to contact the guest.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation up to 14 days before your arrival is 100%* refundable.
Cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival is 50%* refundable.
Cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival is not refundable.
NB! Refund will be transferred to the payment account within 7 business days.
*Please note that in case of cancellation, a transaction fee of 3% of the booking amount will be charged.
Changing dates or house
Your booking can be changed ONCE up to 7 days before your arrival. Additional charges may apply.

Gift Cards
The gift card is only valid for a one-time purchase.
If the purchase amount is higher than the value of your gift card, you can pay the difference between the purchase amount and the gift card value on the checkout page.
The gift card is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The reservation paid with the gift card can be changed and canceled according to the cancellation conditions of the package and until the expiry of the gift card.
